Billy Maronay, 87, of Casscoe passed away Friday, Dec. 6, 2019, at Cabot Health and Rehab.

Mr. Maronay was born Oct. 23, 1932, in Des Arc to James and Clara Swint Maronay. He retired from Riceland and was owner of Daylight Donut Shop for 34 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a Pentecost.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Griffith Maronay; brothers, Murl, Gary, Earl, Charlie and Harold Maronay; and sisters, Louise Scott, Clara Redden, Marie Sourp and Marlys McIntosh.

Survivors are sons, Allen Maronay of Cabot, Dale Lott (Cindy) of Jacksonville and Craig Maronay of Casscoe; daughters, June Burdett (Mark) and Leigh Ann Cornell (Mike), all of Beebe, and Terry Zagaruyka of Oklahoma City, Okla.; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at Turpin Funeral Home with graveside services following at 2:30 p.m. at Lone Tree Cemetery.
