Damon Lewis Phillips, 50, of Stuttgart passed away Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021, at Baptist Health-Little Rock.

Damon was born Sept. 17, 1970, in Dawson, Ga. He was a faithful member of Southside Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eager Lewis Phillips; his mother, Shirley Ann Phillips Hayes; his step-father and the man who raised him, Ronald G. Hayes; sister, Diane Phillips; brother, Henry T. Phillips Sr.; half-brother, Dennis Hayes; and half-sister, June Johnson.

Survivors are his sister, Debbie Floyd (Billy Ray) of Stuttgart; brother, David Phillips (Sami) of Brighton, Tenn.; half-brothers, Ricky Moore (Holly) and Randy Moore of Memphis, Tenn.; and half-sister, Jo Ann Adams (Robert) of Tallahassee, Fla.

A memorial service, officiated by Bro. Gregg Greenway, is Saturday, March 6, at 1 p.m. at Southside Baptist Church.

His family requests memorials be made to Southside Baptist Church, P.O. Box 424, Stuttgart, Ark. 72160.
