Elizabeth Loree Bayne, age 59, of Andrews, TX passed from this life on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, TX.
She began her earthly journey in Houston, TX on December 22, 1959, born to Hon. James Jesse Bayne Jr. and Freddie Beth (Miller) Bayne. Elizabeth obtained her bachelor’s degree later in life and taught English from 2006 to the present. She loved her students and colleagues and was much loved in return.
A fashionista – Elizabeth loved make-up and jewelry and was always experimenting with her “look.” She was an indomitable soul, who never gave up.
Traveling with Eric was a favorite pastime and she was passionate about life. She was a giving and caring person who made instant best friends. Selfless, Elizabeth was “Mom” to so many, always taking in and enveloping others with her loving attention.
This extended to her many foster dogs as well, most of whom ended up adopted into the family. She was a wonderful daughter, mom, grandmother and sister.
Those left to cherish her love and memory are her parents: Hon. James and Freddie Bayne; son: Joseph Ashley; daughter: Delaney Lattimer and husband David; precious grandchildren: Brooklyn, Madilyn and Katelyn; brother: Hon. Eric Bayne; nephew: Matthew Bayne; and numerous extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter: Heather Bayne; her grandparents: Big Mama, Papa and Angel; and Daniel Ashley.
