
The Grand Prairie Festival of the Arts is divided over the academic year
presenting Visual Arts, Photography, Decorative Arts, Arkansas County
School Art and Creative Writing.
The Festival begins in September with entries in the Visual Arts being represented. This year the total number of
entries on exhibit are in line with previous years in spite of the health
pandemic with artists representative from across the state.
The juried exhibit currently on display represents the Visual Arts.
Over 50 plus works ranging from watercolor to oil and other
various mediums will be displayed. Works in Abstract, Sculpture, Landscape, Portrait and Still Life are on display including children and youth entries.
Artist from across the state have works represented ranging from Little Rock to Hot Springs.
The Artist Reception for the artists and general public will be October 6
from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. at the Arts Center of the Grand Prairie located at 108
West 12th, Stuttgart, Arkansas. You may call 870-673-1781 for further

Due to the current pandemic, this event will require social
distancing and face masks. There is no charge to attend.
Due to the current health crisis the Art Center of the Grand Prairie is on a
very limited schedule.
