Nelma Pelton, 95, of Stuttgart, widow of John A. Pelton, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020, in North Little Rock.

Mrs. Pelton was born Jan. 10, 1925, in Almyra to Grover C. and Martha Knoll. She was a homemaker and member of First United Methodist Church.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Jo Claire English and Ramona Sandor; and son-in-law, Guy Crawford.

Survivors are her son, Alan Pelton of Stuttgart; her daughter, Kay Crawford of North Little Rock; brother, G.C. Knoll (Carolyn) of Clarendon; brother-in-law, Bob English; and three granddaughters, Mona G. Houfman (Brian) of Chattanooga, Tenn., Deborah Beany (Tim) of Waynesville, N.C., and Hannah Ayers of LaJolla, Calif.

A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Lone Tree Cemetery chapel with burial to follow.
