Patsy Marie Hansell Horowitz, 83, of Tulare, Calif., formerly of Stuttgart, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at home with her daughter, Teri Leavitt, by her side.

She was born April 22, 1937, in Portageville, Mo., to Thomas and Lola Hansell. She graduated from Humphrey High School in 1955 and from college in 1988. She retired from Riceland Foods in February of 2003 and moved to California in 2015 with her daughter, Teri.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Don Hansell.

Survivors are her daughters, Tracy Horowitz (Texas), Teri Leavitt (California) and Tami Horowitz (Arkansas); grandchildren, Troy Horowitz, Jacob Horowitz, Joshua Foster and Stormi Foster; three great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Barger (Arkansas); and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at Flynn Cemetery by Turpin Funeral Home of Stuttgart.
