Ricky Shane Smith of Stuttgart left this earthly home for his eternal home on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2020. He was 42. Shane professed his love for our Lord at a young age.
Born in Little Rock on Sept. 9, 1977, he resided in Stuttgart all his life. He was owner/operator of A&E Repair and a Baptist. Shane never met a stranger. He was there for friends, neighbors and family to lend a helping hand whenever needed. He will be missed by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his biological mother, Tammie Ann Eichler Timmerman; and his grandparents, Emmer Loyd Smith and Velma Ruby Robnett Smith and Roland Arnold Eichler and Lillian Ann Rutherford Eichler.
Survivors are his parents, Rick and Beth Smith; a cherished son, Garrett Roland Smith; his life partner, Abbie Tippit and their daughters, Adalyn Nell Smith and Emmersyn Jane Smith to whom he was devoted; sisters, Alicia Smith, Adrianna Timmerman and Angelicia Williams; and step-brothers, Jason (Shannon) Marks and Justin Marks.
A graveside service, officiated by Harley Petty, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Lone Tree Cemetery chapel with burial to follow. Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at Turpin Funeral Home.
