CHILDREN CALL COPS ON DAD
At approximately 5:15 p.m. SPD Ptl. Chase Dalton Davis was dispatched to the 1700 block of S. Grand in reference to a 32-year-old black dad being mean to his kids who were 13 and 8. The mother was contacted and it was discovered the dad was located inside the home.
His name was ran through the Arkansas Crime and Information Center where it was discovered that an active protection order was on file.
The mother arrived on the scene and gavde the officer consent to speak with the children who said their dad had threatened to kill them. The youngest then called 911.
The mother gave the officer permission to enter the residence to remove the dad who was sleep. He was placed in handcuffs placed into the back of a patrol unit and began to threaten bodily harms to the arriving officers on the scene.
SPD Ptl officer Makaylah Jenkins states the children became upset seeing their father’s behavior as he began screaming profanity and kicking the back passenger side window. She was instructed to take him to SPD where he continued to be disruptive telling her to, “f@ck you stupid b#tch as well as threatening to kill her once he was released.
According to the incident report, SPD charged him with a violation of a protection order and two counts of terroristic threatening. The dad was then transported to the Arkansas County Detention Center.
EX-WIFE FLEES IN EX CAR
Around 11:15 a.m., SPD Ptl. Orlando Brewe made contact with a 32-year-old white male in the lobby of the Stuttgart Police Department. He stated he wanted to file a report on his ex-wife, a 34-year-old white female, who drove off in his vehicle without his permission.
According to the report they got into an argument at Valero on Michigan St. and Buerkle St. then they got into his car and drove it to the police department.
Once he got out of the tan 2000 Pontiac Montana, the ex-wife got in the driver’s seat and drove off.

MOSQUITO TRUCK BEING FOLLOWED
According to the SPD incident report filed on September 8, 2020, for the past month the mosquito truck has had a newer model grey Ford F-150 follow him around town while spraying for mosquitos.
The truck has been seen in several locations at night driving reckless at night flashing its headlights at the mosquito truck.

FACEBOOK FRIENDS FORCE FIGHTS
A 21-year-old black female states she was being harassed on Facebook, by phone and text messages by three black females who want to fight her. According to the incident report the victim states the suspects have come to her house and beat on her window trying to get her to come outside and fight.
She also advised SPD Ptl. officer Chase Davis that they were threatening her and she just wanted everything to stop and for them to stop contacting her. The victim states she has already blocked them from Facebook but they continue to call her from different phone numbers.

HOUSE SHOT UP WHILE TENANT WORKED
A home on the 1200 block of South College Street was shot up while the tenant was away at work. According to the SPD incident report at between 2:45 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. the incident could have occurred.
SPD Sergeant Jennifer Crossett was dispatched to the home at 4:36 a.m. the next morning. The 25-year black tenant said when she returned from work her blinds on her window were broken.
At first she thought someone had broken in but after careful observation, she discovered two holes in one window, a hole in the wall next to the light switch, a hole in the corner shelf in the next bedroom, and a hole in the wall behind the shelf.
The tenant does not know who shot at her house.
