7-year-old bit by dog
Stuttgart Code Enforcement took control of a vicious dog after Stuttgart Police assisted in catching the dog.
At approximately 8:00 am SPD Sergeant Josh Addison assisted in catching a dog at the 400 block of S. Anna St. who had bitten a 7-year-old girl.
After the dog was caught, Addison spoke with the child’s mother who stated her daughter was bit on her left buttocks which cause immediate bruising.

Man harasses patrons for not wearing masks, hit store manager with truck
SPD Ptl. Donald Scoby was dispatched to Cash Saver for a disturbance report.
According to the incident report, Scoby made contact with the store manager who was walking with a bad limp. She identified a red Ford Ranger that struck her.
The driver of the truck was a 50-year-old black male, who according to the report, was causing a disturbance inside the store by videoing customers and employees for not wearing a mask.
The male had his truck parked with the front of his vehicle facing the aisle not needing to back out of his parking spot. The male admitted he was recording people not wearing a mask.
A customer stated to the officer that the male had recorded her children and asked that the video be deleted which the male agreed to do.
As Scoby continued his investigation he discovered a second vehicle was involved in the accident that was parked next to the male.
The male was arrested for aggravated assault and transported to the Arkansas Detention Center.

Man invites over girl, girlfriend beats girl up
According to the SPD incident report on May 23 at approximately 6:30 p.m. a 26-year-old black female stated she was talking to a male subject and his girlfriend, described as a 25-year-old black female, found out.
The 26-year-old female stated she had the girlfriend blocked but was able to contact the male privately.
According to the report, the male invited her to come over and when she did the girlfriend beat her up.
Officer Tyler Lock noticed the victim’s right eye was purple and swollen and that she had multiple scratches on her face and neck.
The victim was given an affidavit to fill out to proceed with battery 3 charges.
Woman cited twice in one day
At approximately 7:50 p.m., SPD Ptl. Donald Scoby made a traffic stop at the intersection of 1st Street and College Street.
According to the incident report, a 31-year-old black female driver was ticketed for no child restraint.
While the driver drove away she made a threat to the officer saying, “You better get your @ss out the road cause I will run your mF3@$ @ss over.”
Scoby returned to his patrol unit and stopped the driver at 4th Street and College and placed her under arrest for terroristic threatening.
The driver was transported to SPD where she was cited and released.

Male pleases himself in public
On May 26, SPD Ptl. Officer Donald Scoby was dispatched to Stuttgart Apartments to speak with management.
Upon his arrival, he was put in contact with a woman whose daughter took a cell phone video of a 37-year-old black male pleasing himself.
According to the report, in the video, a black male was sitting in the upper walkway of the apartment building located at the 700 block of W 2nd St. and began to masturbate.
